THE SANTA COMES READY TO CUT. HOWEVER, keep in mind when cutting, a bit of material is lost to kerf. It is personal preference how snug you want the pieces to fit. if you want a more snug fit, you may offset only the inner santa pieces. Every laser is different. FOR INSTANCE, with MY GLOWFORGE KERF, i usually prefer .003"-.004" positive OFFSET.

THE QR code works after purchase! It will not work if you scan on the etsy listing. It takes you right to the norad santa tracker! this will allow children to use phones/ipads to track santa.
